So, as I’m sure you all know, Agent Carter has come to an end. (At least for now, fingers crossed.) I’ll be finishing up my reviews with this week’s Fandom Friday post, so be on the lookout for that.
In the meantime, however, Marvel Mondays will continue! How, you ask? What could possibly fill the void left by our favorite leading lady? Well, prepare yourselves: it’s gonna be big.
Every Monday from now through the end of April, we’ll be reviewing, in chronological order, each of the current Marvel Movies. March will be Phase One, April Phase Two, and Laney and I will alternate writing reviews each week. We’ll also be doing a special Friday feature at the beginning of April, with Laney’s review of The Avengers as the end of our “Phase One”. All of this will culminate in our final Marvel review on Friday, May 1st, when I share my thoughts about Age of Ultron after I go to see the midnight release!
Now, because I am a slacker and was on spring break this past week, I didn’t quite start on time. So instead, we’ll be commencing with Laney’s review of The Incredible Hulk later today, and my review of Iron Man 1 and 2 will appear next Monday. So, for those of you who are still a little unclear, here’s the schedule:
Monday, March 9: The Incredible Hulk
Monday, March 16: Iron Man 1 & 2 (Because Leah is a slacker.)
Monday, March 23: Thor
Monday, March 30: Captain America: The First Avenger
Friday, April 3: The Avengers
Monday, April 6: Iron Man 3
Monday, April 13: Thor: The Dark World
Monday, April 20: Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Monday, April 27: Guardians of the Galaxy
Friday, May 1: AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON (Get excited. I am.)
So grab some popcorn, find the comfiest spot on the couch, and join us for the ultimate Marvel marathon!
